To help us narrow it down, where in DriveCentric are you trying to upload the video (customer record vs message/email vs campaign, etc.)? And when you upload, what exactly happens — do you get an error, does it hang/keep processing, or does it look like it uploads but never appears? Lastly, is it happening with every video or only certain ones?
