Have a like button so that whoever tags someone in a note can like it instead of having to reply back. It shows that the tagged person acknowledges the message.

It would be helpful to have a thumbs up reaction to when someone comments you an you let them know that you got it
Shelby Parker
Thanks for sharing this, Elizabeth King — totally get how a quick 👍 would make it easier to acknowledge a comment without adding extra noise to the thread. A couple quick questions so we can make sure we’re designing it the right way: would you want reactions available on internal team comments, customer-facing messages, or both? In your workflow, should the thumbs-up mean “seen/acknowledged,” “agree,” “done,” or something else — and what do you expect to happen after you react? And lastly, who should be able to see the reaction: just the original commenter, everyone in the thread, and/or the customer (where relevant)?

Shelby Parker Hello!
I believe that the reactions should be available and can be seen by the users/team members in the dealership. So if I were to say "@Shelby Parker call customer back", you can thumbs up the comment so I know that you got my comment! So that way I wont have follow up with you to ensure you got my notes/message on a customer profile. Customer should not be able to see these reaction as it will be a convenience feature between the employees of Battleground KIA. Did this answer your questions?

Reacting to Notes

Phoenix Ladow
It would be awesome if we were able to reach to notes that way if there is a note that provides all the information needed and is a good note we can like it any everyone can know what we want from notes!
Shelby Parker
Thank you for posting, Phoenix Ladow! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific actions would you like to be able to perform when reacting to notes (e.g., like, dislike, comment)?
- How would you prioritize the importance of this feature compared to other functionalities in the CRM?
- Can you provide examples of scenarios where reacting to notes would improve your workflow or communication?

Shelby Parker -
- Some specific actins that would be useful would be thumbs up, comments, or even a possible star rating to show how useful the comment was.
- I guess the important of the feature would depend on what other functionalities it is being compared to.
- An example would be when I have to hand off a customer to my finance team or sales team and they then speak with or meet with that customer - once they have added their notes it would be helpful to react or rate so they can in return know how helpful that information is to us and what we can be doing better to improve the communication between the different branches in the dealership if that makes sense.

This shows intention, and I LOVE that, but at the very least, a read receipt. Read receipt for accountability (employees AND managers), like button for intention.

It would be awesome if there were reaction buttons (i.e. hearts, thumbs up, etc... like iphone imessage) to let others who have tagged you in a note that you have seen a note or intend to act on a note but doesn't require a typed response.

We need to be able to react to notes. I want to be able to "like" a note so whoever mentions me knows that I saw the message, instead of me tagging them with "okay".

the like button will show we saw the message instead of having to tag and respond back.
