Have a like button so that whoever tags someone in a note can like it instead of having to reply back. It shows that the tagged person acknowledges the message.

A button that just lets the person who made a note/tag know that it has been seen by the one tagged.

I think it would be cool if we had a way that if people who shared the same @tag if one of them has viewed it, it would either marked viewed but kept in recent notifications or a new icon so we know it has been seen by fellow team members related to @

Thank you for posting, Emmanuel Ham! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the notification system for shared tags to work?
- What kind of information would you like to see in the new icon or notification for viewed shared tags?
- How would you like the system to handle situations where multiple team members have viewed the shared tag?

I think it would be a good idea to have a thumbs up or a like button for short replis to let the other person know that we've seen their response if it doesnt need an indepth conversation. it really clogs up the feed when you keep mentioning someone back and forth.

Something to increase awareness for follow up notes to make sure nothing is missed.

Would love to have “Like” feature for customers text also. Instead of sending Thumbs Up it would be: Victor liked “Customers Message”

"Like" a note as acknowledgment of seeing it, or a "seen" trigger to show if/when a tagged member/sales1/sales2 sees a note that's made.
