A cancellation of an appointment almost always opts a customer out. Sure I can have them opt back in but we all know how it is. STOP should end texting. It's difficult to reschedule when I can't use a customers' preferred method of communication.

Add the time checked in and checked out. Consolidate vertical spacing as much as possible. Add additional color outlining to better distinguish.

Sometimes if we have a few busy days we can end up with 100 or more customers "checked in" and it is tedious to go through and check them all out

On the updated Desklog, can you please add the sales person & bdc agent between trade vehicle & demo user? It makes it easier to see who the customer is assigned to instead of having to click into the open deal

It would be great to be able to have a setting where Genius can be turned off from confirming appointments that are already marked confirmed.

There should be an option to log inbound calls and have them count as a call completed with call notes.

Currently, if your dealership Expert User has enabled the "Allow Change Source Type" preference it only allows them to change sources from another source to Internet. We need the ability to change the source FROM Internet to another Source Type as well.

Ideally, there would be a section in the New Desking Proposal that we could manually enter in text to show on the Proposal. This would be separate from the disclaimer line, and would allow us to enter information about Warranties, among other items so the customer can see it on the proposal.

For dealerships that have access to many stores in the same group, it would be great if there was an option to “Select All” the stores from the store selector section on the sidebar. We would like the ability to see the Full Name of the dealership. We would like the ability to group stores into defined segments. We would like the ability to search for the name of the store or segment in the Store Selector.
