We should be able to designate a customer as a spanish speaker so that Genius can communicate via text/email in spanish.

Bold or star dead deal statuses that remove a lead from the net lead count. This would act as a reminder that those statuses would remove from net lead counts. We receive a few marketing leads every month that changes our closing ration. These leads should not be counted in our lead count.

Customers are saying Yes, but also write more after that. It does not allow me to respond. Can we get the system to identify this better?
