As a user, I would like the ability to upload documents and other attachments to the Customer Card so that they can be accessed at a later time.
As a user, I would like the ability to send a link to customers so that they can securely upload documents directly to their customer card Portal. I would like to be alerted via a Notification when new attachments are uploaded.

Can we upload documents to the portal as well? If so that would be a viable solution... Using the portal currently does nothing for request we made for attachments to notes.

It would be nice to be able to attached documents to a note for a client. For example builds they have done or quotes we have worked up.

Adding Pictures to "Notes"
mary Barras
I sometimes would like to add a picture to notes for management (dent or something else that needs to be addressed on a specific vehicle) or simply to insert a copy of a used car's original window sticker for reference. If someone on this feedback page has a work around for this is would be greatly be appreciated!

Hey mary Barras, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on the types of images you would like to add? Are they mostly photographs or also include other types of images like diagrams or scanned documents?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to add pictures to notes?
- Would you find it useful to have the ability to annotate or add comments to the pictures you upload?

Hello Mike Quezada! I have a few more questions for you:
- What types of documents do you typically need to attach to a client's note?
- How often do you find yourself needing to attach documents to a client's note?
- Can you provide a specific example of a situation where attaching a document to a client's note would have been beneficial?

I would love to be able to add pictures to the notes of a profile if a customer sends in trade information or a license. It would be great to put it in the notes and pin it to the top

It would be helpful to add a image or pdf to notes section. When a customer completes online deal it would be helpful to upload that deal for sales to see.

We need the ability to be able to save a copy of the deal documents on the customer card, after we have filled it up. This way we will have a copy of the paperwork on record, for future reference ( for example, we fill out the Purchase and Sales, and click "save", and a copy of that version of Purchase and Sales gets added to the notes. Like a worksheet from desking)

Hiya Lindsey Akers, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide more details on the types of files you would like to upload in the notes section?
- How often do you anticipate needing to upload files to the notes section?
- Would you find it useful to have a feature to categorize or tag these uploaded files for easier reference?

- Either a .png or .pdf.
2.I would think I would use it a couple times a day to share with Sales some of the back end info on a customer they cannot see such as pre-approval info - deal layout -
- I think it would be best to have it in the customers profile for easy access, so I do not think it would be easier for a tag.
