It would be beneficial to be able to tag a group. Users could create a group for tagging. Then anyone could type @groupname and the people in the group would all receive the tag. @BDC @Sales @Acquisitions @Management etc.

We're excited to announce this this feature is In Progress! The feature will allow users with the proper permissions to create custom Mention Groups in Store Settings. When mentioning the Group, all members of the Group will receive a Mention notification.

Absolutely agree! It would be amazing to be able to make groups for who an @ needs to go to. 1- to make sure no one gets left out and 2- as a quick click instead of adding 6 people to a tag

Yes absolutely agree! In major need of it right now as sometimes a manager gets left out of a tag because there ares so many to remember.

Have a favorites list for "@-ing" a coworker at the top of the dropdown. As opposed to typing their name in every time, have their name pop up at the top of the list with other people we tag frequently.

It would be efficient if we could take the teams we build and then be able to tag all of them by "@" the team. This would be great to do for a service BDC, sales BDC, desk managers, and finance.
