Personalize Opt in Text

ability to personalize the first line of the opt in text. The AI tool is able to and it seems to get more responses. We should have the same ability. The current message is not personal and too bland. Give us the ability to add an opening line., followed by the standard message.

Ive had customers both say they never get the opt in text, OR because its so formal and lacks context, they immediately assumed it was spam text and hit "no" right away because they didnt know why they were getting this.
I see the solution to be able to be able to add a limited editable line into the opt-in, or an auto fill in of context such as the vehicle they wanted to know about and where they filled out their information linking us to them.
Data shows that texting is the most efficient way of establishing communication, and for some reason or another is the HARDEST to establish within DriveCentric. I hope this oversight is addressed

Agreed, AI get much higher opt in rates with a fully personalized opt-in text. Would be very beneficial to be able to at least change the first line.

I agree! When we have leads through DirectChat/Genius but the customer does not give a name just their number, the CRM makes up a random name like Raw Bologna (we have had this exact name before) and the opt-in message ends up saying "Hi Raw!...." We need to be able to change at least the first line.

Yes! There is no reason why AI should be able to change what they say in an opt in and we can't.

Saying "Hi Sara, this is YOUR NAME from DEALERSHIP NAME regarding the 2026 Acura RDX you inquired about. May I text you? Reply YES to confirm..." or "Hi Sara, this is YOUR NAME on behalf of Kelley Blue Book. May I text you? Reply YES to confirm..." sound more personal than what is currently being used.
