Personalize Opt in Text

ability to personalize the first line of the opt in text. The AI tool is able to and it seems to get more responses. We should have the same ability. The current message is not personal and too bland. Give us the ability to add an opening line., followed by the standard message.

We’d like to make our initial opt-in text more personal and engaging. We’re having a difficult time getting customers to respond through the app, while our salespeople are seeing better results when texting from their phones.
Our McAlester store uses a conversational first message through its CRM and chat tool, such as:
“Hey, I’m Casey with Sam Wampler’s Freedom Ford in McAlester. I saw you inquired about an Expedition and wanted to see how I could help.
Reply STOP to cancel.”
They appear to be getting a better response rate with this approach. Can we change our initial message to something similar, personalized with the salesperson’s name, dealership, and vehicle of interest, while still meeting all opt-in and compliance requirements?

This is dumb that the AI can say what ever is pertinent to the lead coming in but we cannot? Makes no sense what-so-ever that we cannot tailor a message while staying compliant at the same time. Hopefully this will get a approved to allow paying clients to change the verbiage on the text opt in language.

Arkansas, where I work, doesnt legally have to send the opt-in but we currently have to do so with DriveCentric. It would great if we could manually opt in. Especially when their lead specifically says "note; I prefer to be contacted via text".

Yes! I can craft a text to get a yes much better than what it is.

I agree completely, we are seeing a lack of customers opting in because the message is so generic and is not pertaining to anything specific. "Your dealership is trying to reach you" does not help us especially when reaching out to customer to try and get engagement in the first place.

The fact that we can not manually opt in or even change the wording at all is terrible!

this is definitely needed as i feel like we arent seeing people opt in because its too generic and cannot be personalized

Virtual Assistant should not be one of the first things a guest reads, especially now with the current public sentiment of AI. Your Brand should be the first thing they see/read. "This is (your dealership) checking in".....with the Virtual Assistant at the end making it compliant. Way too many opt-outs from the current opening line, especially being in a more conservative PDA

Why are people who need oil changes being added to the CRM as sales leads?

I couldn't agree with you more. That should be a must have feature with any CRM as long as we still have the compliance language at the end of it
