When I start typing a customer name I want to be able to toggle between seeing my customers only and all the other customers even if no active lead or under another sales person. This is especially important when there is a person with a common name such as "Bob Smith". As far as I can tell, if I type in "Bob Smith" now, I'll get dozens of results and have to click on each one individually in order to see if they are mine

Totally hear you on how frustrating it is to sift through dozens of matches for common names like “Bob Smith” just to figure out which ones are yours.
