Is it possible to search notes by keywords or phrases? can this be made possible, like searching messages on your cell phone.

Joseph Gidaro, thank you for writing in. I have some good news. You can get Wish List notifications today. Just make sure you have that notification enabled under My Settings. For searching notes I'm going to merge this with another post we have on the subject. Thank you!

What specific criteria should be used to search for notes related to vehicle requests?
How would you like to be notified when a wish list vehicle comes into inventory?

Shelby Parker So if a note was left by a salesman or manager and we cannot for the life of us remember the name. A little search bar for notes specifically that we can filter through them and find the customer.

For wish list I would like to see a pink notification int he bell on the top left of the screen so I can reach out to customer and make them aware the vehicle is in stock now.

Yes please! If I've ever texted a customer about a certain vehicle, and just got one in stock... It would be great to search "TUNGSTEN" and it shows me all my correspondence that I've had with anyone interested.

I would love the ability to be able to search notes I have created. Without necessarily putting in the clients name. This way it can auto populate things that match the search created!!

Shelby Parker 1. vehicles I may have put in the notes but not into the system since we didnt have the vehicle of choice.

I would use this quite frequently for example there are clients names I may not recall but to recall the vehicle of interest. Which I would have put in the notes but dont have a way of searching it
yes in the notes I tend to put vehicle information and other important notes about the deal etc

I would add, this could now be done in tandem with Genius Summary or Genius Reply, where the open AI could search the Activity record within that customer profile. I have heard similar request from several stores in direct feedback at the recent DC20.

Vin Solutions has availability to search for keywords in the Notes section. Really helps to find customers that need "3 row SUV" or anything that is entered as a note.

On a iphone when you go to your messages you can search key words, phrases, or even sentences and every message with those key words will pop up. This feature would help immensely in finding past customers that we have forgotten about. For Example: There was a customer who I spoke with 2 months ago who only wanted a certain hard to find vehicle and we FINALLY got one in I have looked and looked and can not find him and if we had this feature I could type in " white 1794" and it would 100% pop that customer up. This would assist is selling more cars as this happens a good bit not just with me but every sales person I have personally spoke with.
