Need the "is attended" tab to show a green check mark when the customer is checked into service. It only shows a red X. Service clicks them into Reynolds in order for the service to sales guys to see the customer is here it should kick back and go from a Red X to a Green Check mark.

We would like to receive Service Appointments through AutoMate DMS. This will help our salespeople take advantage of our customer's service visits to check in on them and keep building rapport with their customers.

Add a Service Campaign feature that allows dealerships to create their own campaigns using customizable business rules and automatically generate follow-up tasks. Make it like adding a new deal for sales but service campaigns! Examples include: Special order parts follow-up Open recalls Inbound service calls Oil change reminders Pre-booking future appointments Declined services and maintenance reminders Dealerships should be able to define their own criteria (e.g., mileage, last visit, repair order status, open recalls, appointment status, etc.) and have the system automatically create and assign tasks, reminders, and follow-up activities. This would reduce manual work, improve consistency, and help ensure no service opportunities are missed.

I know alot of our data base hasnt transfered. But Service brough me a scheduled customer appointment and I cannot find him in the data base.

If someone calls for service, it makes a lead and then makes up info that the customer did NOT say, like I'm interested in your inventory. Not true. They called to make a service appt.

Have a place where you see all service appointments and where you can add a Service Appointments from that appointment screen

Would love to see all service appointments. Checked in, due today and near future.

It has come to my attention that there is a need for a dedicated space in the CRM for SERVICE DRIVE appointments. This should be separate from sales, delivery, service, and general appointments. The reason behind this request is that dealers are increasingly mining their service drive; as a result, the associated appointments and conversations are more closely related to cold call contacts rather than in-market shoppers. By integrating these conversations and appointments within the sales section, it inadvertently creates an unnecessary complexity in evaluating dealership performance. Therefore, we request the implementation of a dedicated space for SERVICE DRIVE appointments to maintain clarity and accuracy in performance metrics.

The new update for service lead view for service requests & service leads is not easy to read. Is there a way to go back to the old version? I understand this update was to add in and show source and full details on the customer card. But if IT wants to add in the 'new information' to an attached link or something - so if we need to look at it we can. But going back to the old version would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you have to change them??? They are terrible now, I do not need anything to do with Parts on there....please put it back to how it was........
