The same way we are able to tag others in notes, while we are sending messages to customers, It would be nice to have quick keys to insert the customers name or inventory they are looking at. maybe while typing it could look something like " Hi /cn i see you were looking at the /i" and those /cn or /i would automatically populate the correct customer name and car they are interested in. For personal templates this would be a breeze quickly using hot keys to personalize the messages. " Hi John, I see you were looking at the 2024 Subaru Forester"

''Hey Siri call xxx" would be useful but instead of Siri use Hey Genius. I tend to use my phone a lot and when a pencils are presented and have 3-4 deals at the same time, I just say hey siri call x y z and it saves my time from digging through the app

Most messages dont show on my messages or all messages. So If I dont remember when someone texted and check their profile I have lost prompt communication. What I'm I missing? Even going to previous messages on previous messages not there.

I am having trouble finding my messages. The message was send to ella strong not the sales person, so I am unable to follow up with the client: This client responded but the message was sent to ella not me. so how was I suppose to respond?

So if the button was pressed and I go into a chat that my associate is already in or working on it will notify me so I don't step on toes and to avoid simultaneously responding

Having a chat feature between the sales people in the store so that way if we need to communicate with them we can without interrupting the conversation with the customer. That way associates can still communicate with each other any information is needed and it is also easily accessible without needing to get in the way of any conversation.
