When you have CDK, The accessory comes over labeled as the CDK Code. We want to be able to customize what the customer sees on the pencil when penciling a product. Customize product name regardless of DMS

A feature to request a proposal from management. This will defer from the original proposal bucket. The Original proposal bucket displays sent proposals. The proposal request feature will allow us to request a proposal from management, versus tagging management. Tagging management can go wrong as far as tags getting behind, management opening profiles and forgetting the proposal, sales never sending and going over proposal with ultimately results in a missed deal. If we have a proposal request button, management should be assigned proposals and have to ansewer them within a specific time as well as have sales assigned and contacting the customer to complete the request would help all dealerships tremendously

For powersport stores that carry watercrafts we are unable to utilize legacy desking without deleting the desired vehicle out of the profile first and then desking an empty sheet. Watercrafts do not have a 17 digit vin. This then requires that we have to go back into the profile later and re-add a desired unit of interest.

Hello, I saw the notification for desking. Please do not make it mandatory! OR if it does have to be mandatory please make it better!! Lease, finance and cash all need to be on the same screen. Thank you!

Porsche utilizes MRM ( Maximum Residualized MSRP) to structure leases. This tells us the max MSRP that they can residualize. Vehicle has an MSRP of $105,000 but MRM is $100,000 there is 5,000 that is not residualized. This can be found in Porsche lease program.

Need to be able to pull book values or at least provide an option for trade and retail value. Currently calculates LTV based on vehicle cost and there is no correlation between loan amount and dealer cost.

Add a box below the payment options for the desking manager to make notes. Example would be book values, lender selected, exceptions applied so that other managers can review as needed.

When you add accessories on a Proposal I'd like to be able to put emojis next to the Item.

Could we please get a button to pull the current VIN's stock number and invoice when we are in the desking tool so we do not have to navigate to a different window. It would also be nice to have the customers current zip code and first/last name planted on the Smart vincent when it gets pulled based on their profile address settings

It would be great if the desking worksheet could be modified to list the rebates individually instead of bundling them into the discount -- rebates are not a discount and it looks to the customer like there are no rebates and just a big discount. Additionally, the area in the four square that lists "out of pocket" should truly be ONLY the actual out of pocket and not bundle anything else in.
