Feature Requests

I just discovered that when I set up an appointment and the notification goes out, it now moves my confirmation with the customer to Stella. This is a VERY POOR user experience, as I am the one who set the appointment and it's for ME. I want to be able to continue to see all of MY conversations that are going, as sometimes I think of something I forgot to say, but am prompted by seeing the customer's name (or I may even forget their name in the busyness of day), so I want to just see everyone I've spoke to. It should not be getting moved to Stella, and I don't want to see every other action of conversation Stella is having not relevant to me.

Currently, it is difficult to go back to prior day or previous working conversations to re-engage customers from the conversations tab. It would be helpful to have an 'All Conversations' option in the dropdown so the thread can be more similar to a typical messaging app. It would be best to have the 'All' option as the default with the option to filter to open or closed conversations, with the most recent conversations at the top of the thread.

If you ignore a conversation it hit's everyone on the thread. It would be great if it was only for the person who ignored it. Multiple sales people, managers, BDC's, change of salesperson all causes issues where one may not need to be involved anymore but others still do.

Like the "reply" option under emails, make it the same for text

hey team, its crucial we have all of the actions and conversations be included when we tranfer customers from the buy center to the stores. we're sending these leads without context and it's creating substantially more work.

In the previous version of the app you could directly access the "conversation" screen with a customer from their account screen (aka customer card) allowing you to type a message while viewing the previous conversation. With the new update that is not possible without sifting through all other open and closed conversations. I believe there was value in the convenience of being able to directly access that screen from the customer card. Please bring it back.

Add a way for returning salespeople to get back in contact with their previous sales activity while they were at the dealership previously.

When a new deal is generated on a past customer, even though we've communicated in the past, I am unable to snooze. Regarding future products, this creates a lot of tasks and sends auto messages when the customer does not want to be reached out until the new product is out.

A customer said they arrived at the store. The salesman saw them and walked them in, and checked them into the showroom. The text sat for 30 minutes before I noticed it. By that time the customer bought. A "check in" should clear the message from my sidebar. Then the deal was marked "sold" and the message still didn't clear. They are standing in front of me, but the GM just sees the fumble.

if it's possible to create an icon for the emails that are open. the notification that the customer opened the email is not that helpful. So what am I suggesting is that when a customer opens an email the envelope icon should change to an open envelope icon and/or a different color. Thank you
