Access Conversations Screen Directly From Customer Card

In the previous version of the app you could directly access the "conversation" screen with a customer from their account screen (aka customer card) allowing you to type a message while viewing the previous conversation. With the new update that is not possible without sifting through all other open and closed conversations. I believe there was value in the convenience of being able to directly access that screen from the customer card. Please bring it back.

Shelby Parker Can we edit this into more of a customer card v2.1 request? There are some other features missing from the old customer view like being able to see the stock# of vehicles they've purchased in the past as well as payment and rate information.
