Feature Requests

I would like to have the ability to attach documents or photos to notes. A picture is worth a million words.

Have a like button so that whoever tags someone in a note can like it instead of having to reply back. It shows that the tagged person acknowledges the message.

Can we have a dedicated note section that can be updated by management for follow up tasks for us, such as organizing delivery drivers, reminders to follow up with service on an issue with a sold unit, vehicles that need to be brought back to detail

When leaving Notes and using the @symbol, is there a way that a reply button can be added rather than starting a whole new note so conversation can be kept going between staff when working deals.

Notes should be able to be edited and deleted in mobile like they are on the site

Give us a NOTE section that is easy to click. allows us to keep track of whatever we want, goals, copy and paste text, etc.

Unpin Notes when lead is killed or marked sold/delivered. There are so many leads with notes still pinned from 2+ years ago and we can't unpin them without getting a manager to do it.

I believe we should be able to attach images from our devices to add context if the customer came from another platform to begin with. For example screenshots of text conversations via messenger or apple messages.

I wish that when I tried to make a new paragraph in notes and hit save that it wouldn't merge my notes into one continous wall of text. It would make it much easier to read my notes.

It would be great to be able to attach a document to a note to save scans of handwritten notes and other miscellaneous documents.
