Feature Requests

It would be nice to have a customer profile that managers can permanently leave open, isn't subject to follow up and doesn't show up in reports. I have a customer profile named "Ad Lease" that I use to run leases in every month when I'm doing advertisements. Its nice to do it in there because when I run a ton of them consecutively its easy to go back and relook at ones I ran, and keeps them contained.

As an Internet Sales/BDC, I work with many keyboard shortcuts in many different apps. Adding the "Esc" key to close customer cards would be an intuitive shortcut for keyboard-savvy users.

A find it a bit difficult to find deals I'm trying to watch in our CRM. Of course I can add myself to the deal, but I'd like to watch more than one at a time and be able to see all the deals I'm watching. Could an option be added for managers to "Watch" a deal & the watch list live somewhere in drive? Also a blind tag that nobody can see besides upper management/owners?

I would like the ability to update our contact card. We have multiple locations and some people help at other stores so to add the store location they might be at along with updated numbers as we go would be great.

Should be able to take a photo from the customer deal and create a profile image.

Make it where anyone can pin a note regardless of who wrote it. If I see something important but it was written by someone else I can't PIN it. I have to send them a mention to go do it or rewrite the note.

Ability to pull early estimated payoff instead of payments times payments remaining as this is not accounting for early payoff with saved interest.
