Adding Advisors and F&I Managers to Deals
It would be helpful to be able to see who the advisor was on closed ROs in the system. Currently, if I want to see who the advisor was, I have to log in to the DMS. Also, having the F&I manager attached to the delivered deal would be helpful.

Do Not Call Registry
Integrate with DNC Registry so customers on that list are flagged as do not call.

CarFax Integration
Being able to when appraising a trade, to see a Carfax attached underneath where their VIN is decoded. Just like we advertise with preowned cars -- a Carfax attached. It shouldn't be an option that only managers have access too. It's very helpful... most customers have never seen their own Carfax.

Poor client transfer from Dealersocket
I have been with Bell Lexus for over 11 years so I have a huge client base. When transferring my clients over from Dealersocket, the vast majority of the notes about the clients and the transaction are missing. Also, I have been informed that if my clients have had no 2 way communication for 90 days then the client is orphaned.

Snoozing Deals
Just a suggestion. Please make it so we can snooze deals even though the customer does not respond with the word Yes to texting or emails that they usually do not see due to them going to spam. The customer said he will not be ready until October, but he never said "Yes" so now I am going to have to bug him until then and potentially lose out on this deal due to this oversight. He is on vacation and does not want us bothering every day to satisfy touchpoints. It is also our BDC's policy to satisfy every touchpoint for 90 days.

Need a code for a picture and link of the vehicle. So when I send an email template I need a code for the customer to see the vehicle they sent and inquiry on AND as well as a link so that they can recall what they sent.
The majority of the time people click and send. they need reminders. reminders can be reminded to them by an email template and code associated with the vehicle of interest. I need A CODE so that when I click send to 800 lead inquiries that each template can pick up the picture of the vehicle. If there is no picture from our in house that means it can generate a generic picture of the vehicle. therefore that indicates that, that vehicle doesnt exist on our lot/inventory. Same thing applies for the link of the vehicle. I need a CODE FOR A LINK. so that the customer can click the link and go directly to OUR WEBSITE. And all their questions can be answered. I NEED THIS DONE. PLEASE HELP AND MAKE THIS POSSIBLE.
