Feature Requests

I would like a way to be able to see how many tasks are being deleted or dismissed and by whom (ex: salespeople, managers, bdc).

Adding a "Roadmap" feature on the mobile app for better tracking on the go.

We miss this report after switching from our old CRM, would be helpful for analyzing our follow up by sales rep.

I would like to measure response time by salesperson, looking at the time to respond from time assigned to that particular sales person. If they lead comes in and is rotated to up for grabs after 10 minutes, then grabbed and responded to 2 minutes later, I would like to be able to see that particular salesperson responded within 2 minutes not 12. (understanding that the store response time is still 12 minutes)

It would be great to be able to see the percentage completion of a workplan from previous days. Or to be able to see the number of assigned tasks on a previous day in order to compare that to completed tasks.

I think it is important to have distinction between Inbound and Outbound calling in Daily Activity. Inbound is a measure of customer activity whereas Outbound is a true measure of salesperson Activity. The same could be said for Email and Text activity, needs to be separated by Inbound and Outbound in the Activity Reporting. Thanks.

"Phone Up" is missing from Desk Log and needs to be added. Is there a way to modify?

Hello we were the pilot store for the top 6 report and would really like to add catagories or take some away to edit the reporting as we have contest and pay on the top few so It is a challenge between sales consultants and they love the report and competition we have to have a second report we do to calculate appointments mad and appointments kept etc .. daily activity with store ups would be great to any hepl with this would be amazing thankyou Greg Efferson

I had to have a custom report build for MoM and YoY for different aspects of the group's performance. This does not allow you to change the date or back and look at a different timeframe. There should be an easier way to know if we are tracking ahead of the previous month, the same month from the previous year, or any other timeframe that we want to compare to. Similar to GA4. The "health board" is far too high level to make decisions off of and does not have comparison ability. Currently, it requires taking screenshots of reporting and exporting multiple CSVs to tell if you are up MoM or YoY on visits, Leads, sources, quite literally any meaningful statistic.
