Would like the ability to send videos from desktop that also support other video file formats as well.

Please reconsider enabling the video feature to use our devices' built-in stabilization systems. Please please please. Videos shot directly through the app are simply not fit to send to customers. I waste a lot of time daily shooting from my phone, uploading and sending, then saving videos to my work GoogleDrive and deleting the videos from my phone... And the rest of my team feels the same.

Can we get alerts when a video has been viewed, instead of us having to look at the activity to see if it has been clicked on???

Clients are at work or hearing impaired or just simply can't listen to the audio in a sent video via mobile or desktop. Can you please add this asap in the next update? I have multiple staff that is doing it on their own. Thank you : )

is there anyway to add a search button for videos on the drive centric app for mobile use. its difficult to navigate without being able to search for a vehicle.

Would like to see background or layouts for videos instead of what is behind me.

The editor only allows users to select videos that are 2 minutes or less. If a video is even slightly over the limit, such as 2:05, the only options provided are to select another video or skip the process entirely. I believe the video editor should always allow the user to open and edit a selected video, regardless of its initial length. A video that's just a few seconds over the limit can easily be trimmed down to the required length prior to trying to send. User should be able to import videos, trim, mute, add voiceover, before sending.

when videoing a car to a customer there needs to be zoom in and out feature so we can get the full car into the frame and not have to stand so far back.

I do greatly appreciate that you made it possible to write a custom subject line for our videos 🙌🙌 However; sales agents are lazy and don't bother so we still end up with 100's of "RE: I just recorded a video for you" videos being send. What would be more beneficial would be to remove that default subject line entirely and force the sales agent to input their own. Make the subject and the message section required fields before sending. I believe this would help increase engagement.
