Thanks for posting this, Jonathan L — totally hear you on wanting more flexibility when sending videos from desktop. To make sure we’re scoping the right improvement, could you share (1) what you’re trying to accomplish when you send videos (customer sharing via email/text, attaching to a record, internal team use, etc.), (2) which specific file extensions you need supported most often, and (3) what you see today when you pick an unsupported format (can’t select it, upload fails, or it sends but won’t play)?
