It would be great to have the ability to create customer tags directly within Mining, rather than having to navigate to Store Settings to create the tag first. For example, I may spend time building a highly targeted Mining set and be ready to apply a new customer tag, only to have to leave Mining, open another window, create the tag in Store Settings, and then return to Mining. Being able to create a new tag directly from the tagging interface in Mining would make the process much more seamless and save unnecessary steps, especially when building multiple targeted campaigns.

Can we please have it where sales people can tag their customers? For example, if a customer is interested in a Toyota Tacoma, the sales person can tag that customer and it would go into the Toyota Tacoma category. For instance, if that vehicle became available, they would just be able to go into their tabs and look for all their customers that are looking for Toyota Tacomas.

Customer Tags need the ability to search, mine, and filter upon creation. All momentum on effort is killed when the mining update is required for utilization. There's no value in searching yesterday's weather when I am trying to not get rained on today.

Please add the ability for those who get TAG to mark the TAG/request as completed so we can follow up on who is doing them and who is not. Thank you.

It would be nice to be able to pull reports for customers that we tag in certain categories. would be great if it were like the delivery summary, but able to choose which tag.

When you wishlist a vehicle for a customer's profile, there should be an option for the tasks to be turned off like when you set a profile to snooze.

Be nice to add a Template option for delivery photos posted to Facebook. Our Account for instance has 4 Rooftops and 50 Salesman , who all have different ideas of what is proper or needed in a delivery photo.

We try to customize our communication based on the customer's preference in communication styles. We use the DISC personality profile to classify customers based on their personality type, and best practices to communicate to each personality. It would be great if DriveCentric had a tag that would follow the customer so we know who we are talking with and even greater if Shelby would adapt her communication based on how the customer likes to communicate. Example: D type personalities like direct, concise and results focused communication. I type personalities like enthusiastic, friendly and people focused communication.

As a salesman I love putting my customers into categories and sometimes I want them more specific than the generic dealership wide tags. "ZR2 Buyer, Corvette Buyer, Costco Members(For GM Rebates), These are random but once I have the ability to do it, I'll think of MANY more.
