Feature Requests

I would like to be able to change the date on my to-do list so I can see upcoming tasks. I would like to have time to send my customers Birthday cards and Anniversary cards, instead of them arriving to my customer's late bc I did not realize until the day of their Birthday, etc.

We would like to be able to view our Workplan in a Calendar View. That way we can see what tasks we have scheduled for later this week and later this month. If we are working on Monday and Tuesday, and off on Wednesday and Thursday we would like to complete them before they are due.

If you have a store that has multiple roof tops and different brands it would be nice for the sales person to only see his work plan flow without having to have every store selected to see it. (would be prefect if you could have data access at one store but limit the other access at the other stores) Then you would not have to have the left side bar show EVERY LEAD / SERVICE LEAD / CHATS while having every store selected.

My team works 7 stores and the new set-up they can only work one store at a time. It would be amazing if there was an option to select all stores for their workplans.

should be an option to see upcoming (at least 3 days) ideally 7 business days plan at a glance to avoid future task pile up / handle proactively in many instances - e.g., case of going on vacation/day off and wrapping up all/ some in the upcoming week work plan VS coming back to a pile of tasks.

If the customer did not give an email and did not opt in to text messages, there is no way to send a video message...but the workplan system still insists on sending a video. This is unecessary, nevermind frankly impossible. Should be updated so that if theres no opt in and no email the video message reminder in workplan is not activated.

when you are in the my work plan section and you select a customer, it would be great if you could easily add pictures of the vehicle the customer is purchasing with out it being a picture or correspondence. for instance I sell a motorcycle to a customer and I take pictures of the motorcycle when they pick it up so that if the customer drops the bike and says we gave them a damaged bike we have pictures of the vehicle when they pick it up.

We would like to make it to where tasks don't get scheduled for days that the dealership is closed or for the system to recognize that we are closed. For example, we are closed on Sunday's and when we come back on Monday, we have tasks from Saturday, Sunday, and Monday if we didn't work the weekend. (We rotate weekends)

I want to be able to view my sales associates calendar workplan as a manager

Would like to be able to set certain tasks as Priority so that they move to the top of the Workplan as opposed to by time of day, or ability to mark the task as HOT.
