Tasks getting scheduled when Dealership is closed

We would like to make it to where tasks don't get scheduled for days that the dealership is closed or for the system to recognize that we are closed. For example, we are closed on Sunday's and when we come back on Monday, we have tasks from Saturday, Sunday, and Monday if we didn't work the weekend. (We rotate weekends)

Hello Jamie Ferguson — thanks for flagging this. Totally hear you on how messy it gets coming back in on Monday to a pile-up from days you were closed. To make sure we’re solving this the right way, can I clarify a couple things: are these tasks coming from workflows/automation, manually created tasks with due dates, or both? And if something would land on a closed day, what’s the expected behavior on your end (auto-push to the next open day vs. keep the original due date but hold off on reminders/assignment, etc.)? Lastly, are your closed days always the same each week (e.g., every Sunday) or do they change with holidays/rotating weekends — and where should we be pulling that “closed” schedule from (your dealership hours in DriveCentric or a separate schedule)?

Shelby Parker The tasks are in the workflow and I'm wondering if it's possible to push the tasks out a day so that they aren't piled up in our organizers. We are always closed on Sunday's
