Feature Requests

It would be great that as I have access to the whole dealership to only see notification (messages and such) that are linked to my name vs everyone at the dealership. Same with new leads

It would be great to keep the Messages sidebar open while inside leads. Oftentimes while doing tasks and clicking through my organizer, I'll spend 20+ minutes inside leads. I can see notifications of messages sitting, but not who they are from or what they say. Being able to keep that tab open would let me decide if I need to close out my lead to answer the text or if it can wait until I'm finished. This would also be great for while I'm reviewing salespeople's deals, writing pencils, adding notes, etc. For example, I might message 30 people, but since I receive notifications for every salespersons messages, I have no way of knowing if the messages sitting are for me or someone else. So I have to interrupt my workflow to check the notifications. If it were always open, this wouldn't be a problem.

If a sales rep or BDC knows they're going to be on a lunch break or unavailable to take a lead for the next hour, it would be nice to have a button they can push that pauses their lead rotation for that duration of time so that they'll be skipped over in the round-robin. Obviously a "clock in clock out" system exists, but for dealerships that use round-robin work schedule a temporary pause button would be invaluable. On that note, having a "For How Long" box (IE: Return date: 2/28/2025) next to the "vacation" toggle would ensure that people don't accidentally get left on vacation mode for a few days.

for the left hand side of the screen i want to be able to have buckets for each different kind of leads. whether its Smarket master leadsd, or KBB or ETC. so we can have different leads organized.

Ability to have a sidebar status for Write Up customers, for managers to know who is waiting for a write up without having to check in

A lot of times it can be a credit application, them saying they're here, or who should they ask for, things like that, in the messages. Salespeople will greet them and come back to the BDC to check them in. We have nothing else to say to them because our job has been done. When there's a message in the sidebar, and you check that customer in, it should clear the sidebar.

when looking at open store visits it would be nice to be able to see salesperson 1 and 2 if there are 2 reps assigned, and if one of them marked the customer in the store who it was (bold, different color, etc). it would make keeping track of store visits on busy days a lot easier.

Often times we get leads auto-generated by the system or Car Gurus or sometimes the customer sends in multiple leads inadvertently. Instead of being forced to respond to another "Lead" that was either auto-generated or accidentally generated the Sales Managers or perhaps just the General Manager should have a way to "Stop The Clock" on those. All those "Leads" do is clutter up the data and then we have to find some way to stop the clock. If the managers could see this and stop the timer on these incredibly annoying duplicates, that would be very useful.

When a lead bounces can we have the sidebar notification appear for the new salesperson and have the old salespersons disappear. This way the new salesperson has a visual notification to answer the lead

WHEN A CUSTOMER SENDS BACK-TO-BACK TEXTS OR EMAILS, AND USER RESPONDS TO THE MESSAGE (THE MOST RECENT ONE), THE ADDITIONAL TEXT/EMAIL CONTINUES TO COUNT AGAINST TIME AND FALL INTO UNREPLIED FUMBLE. SHOULD NOT COUNT AGAINST OUR FUMBLE RATE IF WE RESPOND (OR IF A CUSTOMER IS A SHOTGUN TEXTER AND SENDS THREE BACK-TO-BACK TEXTS).
