Notification for Text or Email response for Sales Managers.

When a customer sends a text back to a specific manager it show's in un replied with everyone else in the sales team because of our supervisor access. There may be 30 to 40 un replieds at our store at any given moment because of our volume. All you would have to do is have it tag the Notification Bell per user, so that way we can still monitor all un replied and also get a notification when someone has replied to our text or email.
