I’d like to see our incoming leads go through an automated sifting process that assigns them based on who last delivered a vehicle to that customer. That way there’s no confusion about who has worked with whom, and the leads automatically route to the right salesperson. If the system can’t find a match, the lead should go into the general pool (or default rotation). This would prevent overlap, keep ownership clear, and make sure every customer is tied back to the right point of contact from the start.
