Having ability to add a salesperson to #2 slot will allow multiple reps to receive the same lead. This is helpful when 2 reps may share one account and give them both the ability to respond to the lead in a timely manner.

We are running into an issue where a duplicate lead gets into the CRM not long after the initial lead. We have already had VERY recent communication with the customer, and another message/call would be overkill and not appropriate. We need a way to stop the clock on these duplicate leads.

If I leave detailed notes, AI should learn from them and follow them IE: Don't bother this customer. I should not have to take an extra step to snooze them or unsubscribe them. Its AI, they should learn and listen to what I'm saying. Or If I book a follow up call for 3 weeks out as the customer is.. say out of country... I should not be getting tasks every 3 days. This is redundant. I have a task booked. The system should be able to see this

Is there a way to change the email that's printed on the proposals. I ran into an issue where a bank was trying to get in contact with me and used vwon@drive-classicmazda.com from Drive Centric vs my normal work email.

Mass dead deals that haven't been spoken to in weeks, maybe make a setting preference on when to dead deals after a certain amount of time. (weeks,months)

I would like to be able to print out current workflows setup to review with team members.

The overall idea would be to maintain manually created tasks if a deal is killed.

To have the ability to edit a future task to an earlier time to complete an upcoming task when current tasks are complete or to work around days off so you are not coming back to a huge work load.

Put Phone and Service as a different source. Instead of having to go into phone and select service. Service is not a phone lead...it's a service drive lead when we are converting to sales.

When you click on the email task it generates the associated email template chosen. When you click on the text task it should also be able to generate the text template that is already built in the system.
