It often happens that a vehicle ends up in multiple customers' VOI fields before eventually delivering. It would make things easier for all involved parties if we were given the option to automatically take those vehicles out of our active inventory entirely upon delivery.

Having a broad option on different 2500s, some customers look for any 2500 diesel/gas that is 45k or less with leniency on year. Looks to only filter by model rather than multiple brands. Maybe it still refers them out, but I would hate to put that the customer wants a 2018 Sierra 2500 with 90k miles, when he is open to more brands, years, makes, and only wants diesel.

Please add inventory videos from our website automatically to Inventory in Drive Centric! We have over 800 used vehicles, so I appreciate that we can add them to the video library and delete when they're gone but that could literally be someone's fulltime job! Since we do have videos for inventory loaded on our website, it would be amazing if that video could be a part of our inventory listing in Drive and we could send it natively in Drive, the same way we're able to send photos/inventory listing. The only way to manage this with a large inventory is to automate it!

We're new to DriveCentric, and so far I'm loving the platform, one thing I do miss about Focus (reynolds / Reynolds) Was it was very quick to find if someone purchased here before by showing how many sold vehicles they had at the top of someone's profile with just the amount. You wouldn't have to change the process of having to search to find who sold them, but would be nice to be able to quickly glance how many they've purchased from us before to have that information. We're a dealership that sells 700+ a month and its a great tool to look at quickly.

Could we add an option in the app to either take a photo of the VIN or upload one from the photo library, instead of just scanning it? Sometimes the barcode doesn’t scan well—maybe it’s scratched or dirty—so having the ability to use a photo would be a great backup. It’d be even better if the app could read both the barcode and the actual VIN characters from the image.

This may be a bit of a stretch... if a customer purchases a vehicle and the VIN is already attached to another customer, is there a way to get an alert on the original customers account? Say Joe Smith bought an 18 Equinox back in 2018 and the vehicle is still showing in his garage, then Rita Thompson comes in and buys that 18 Equinox years later (vehicle was never removed from Joe's garage, he sold it back to us or whatever may have happened), can we get an alert on Joe's profile that a new customer has purchased the same vehicle? Will help keep our CRM clean especially with equity mining and picking through old customers.

In the Vehicle tab you can have multiple cars but when sending the ipacket it only sends the first car put in. I would like to select which ipacket to send.
