Vehicle of Interest Sold Notification

The goal of this feature is to notify the assigned BDC agent or salesperson when a vehicle of interest (VOI) that’s attached to a guest’s profile has been sold or is no longer available.
This would function similar to how the Wishlist feature works — but in reverse. For example, if a guest has a specific vehicle tied to their profile, and that unit sells, Drive would send an automated notification or flag to the assigned user.
This would allow our team to proactively reach out, update the guest’s status, and present alternative options before the guest inquires elsewhere. It would improve communication, prevent missed opportunities, and keep the CRM data accurate and up to date.
Ideally, the notification could appear as:
A pop-up alert or CRM message
A tag/note automatically added to the guest’s profile (e.g., “Attached vehicle sold on [date]”)
An optional email or task reminder
This feature would help streamline BDC follow-ups and enhance overall customer engagement.
