Salespeople can add customers that are already in the CRM with no manager override. This is creating instances where salespeople are skating their coworkers. Most CRMs require manager/BDC review to override adding a customer that matches another customer in the CRM.

I would like to have the option to make phone number and/or email mandatory when entering in a new customer. I am seeing too many customers with no point of contact or fake customers being entered. It defeats the purpose of having a CRM when a customer with no point of contact has been entered. There's no follow up possible and it's bad data in the CRM

Why is it impossible to update someone's information when their account is already created. Give us the option to update peoples information and not have to create a whole different account. Super frustrating

There needs to be a better skate alert system implemented or make it that a salesperson needs a manager approval to put a customer in the system if there are any duplicates.

in our previous CRM if you enter in the customers phone number, you were able to select the binocular icon for a reverse phone number lookup, I would love to have this option again.

Can we search a phone number without the (area code) please? In our old system (eLead), we could search with just the 7 digits......several times numbers were added incorrectly with the wrong (area code) when a customer visited and follow up was impossible (or when a lead by chance came in for same person).

Something where we can highlight and organize our most engaged prospects, hottest leads, and key customer profiles. Ideally, there would be a folder or tab where we can easily access all high-priority customers in one place instead of searching through the entire CRM.

Would it be possible for the clients picture be imported to there profile as well when we scan there drivers license. Some of us have better memories with faces vs names. This was one of the feature that helped me most in our last CRM before they made us switch to this one... I miss that feature

It's a lot easier to remember people if you see their face in the system.

Scan license and DL address and phone number via mobile app and detail is not transferring to Desktop App. SO FRUSTRATING!!! Must fix this!!!!
