Can we please have dark mode added to mobile?

The mobile app does not display the customers nick name. This is important because some customers don't go by their real name. Example: I called my customer John "Billy" Smith this morning... The mobile app did not recognize that I had entered his nickname "Billy" on the desktop, and I called him John, which actually offended him!

As a user, I would like to see a numeric badge count on my DriveCentric Mobile App that includes my number of Unreplied Messages, Unread Notifications, and Unread Chit-Chat Messages.

I cannot use my iPad without the app looking as if it is the same size as my phone. It is frustrating to use and causes issues when trying to work from home.

ability to change lead source on mobile app

do you know of a way to bold or change the resolution on the app? I am an old guy and it is almost impossible to use outside in full sun. cannot see emails or phone numbers

It would be great if there was a capability to push to DMS for the app. Don't need full desking capabilities, but would like to be able to get a deal number on the fly. That way a sales person off shift talking to a customer can get that sent over to management

It would be nice to have auto rotate on the mobile app for when I open the app on my tablet in and use it like a laptop. Currently I have to use the tablet long ways when opening the app.

There are softwares out there where when you text a customer with an Iphone that it will convert the message system into imessage. Which has been proven that the customer will psychologically trust and respond more to an imessage text than a normal green text message. It gives off scammy vibes. Also when it comes to the opt in... You should make the feature to where we can still text the customer any customized text and then on a sentence under our paragraph make it known that if they respond they are opting in and text "no" to opt out. These simple changes can DRASTICALLY change number of responses, and trustworthiness which will then lead to more sales. It is the little things.

on desk top we are able to add a trade vehicle to show up next to the clients name on the engaged leads.. how do we do the same for mobile engaged clients....right now just shows name and no vehicle below the name....can we change that to show the vehicle type for mobile?
