Push every notification to mobile app, I have 3 notifcations on browser that didn't push to mobile leaaving me to miss a timely response to a customer

Sorry you missed those — totally get how disruptive that is, Thomas Brown. To help us narrow down what happened and make sure we’re aligning on the right behavior: which notification types are you expecting to always push to the mobile app (and were the 3 that didn’t come through all the same type)? Also, when you saw them on desktop, were they in the app’s notification list in the browser, or only showing as browser pop-up alerts? And on mobile, should these come through as immediate push notifications even if the app is closed, or is it enough that they show up in the in-app notification center once you open the app?

Shelby Parker It was actually 4 text notifications, that did not push for the mobile app. It showed in the Notifications list (bell icon) on the browser. The app was open in the background on my phone. I got the Lead Notification, then a tag from BDC about 20mins after. It just skipped those 4 notifications.
