The ability to send customer calendar invites would be helpful for customers to add appointments to their calendars and get their own reminders from their calendar.

I'd like to see the option for a grid calendar in the appointments section of drivecentric. Sometimes when I'm making an appointment that is a couple weeks out, I have to click through every day until the day of the appointment to make sure that I don't have anything scheduled that day. It would also be nice to see an overview of all of my currently set appointments for the week or month.

Along with being able to see the entire month in a classic block calendar view, I think it would be helpful to only allow a certain amount of scheduled appointments during an hour long period. For example, if we had a maximum of 5 appointments allowed to be scheduled at 9am on a Saturday, it would help the BDC and the salespeople be able to stagger the day, in turn helping our finance department not be inundated with deals right out of the gate. Maybe this could be an option for each specific dealership to choose how many appointments they want scheduled in an hour.

Create an appointment column much like TO event's or TO priority events that shows a check or X. That way you can see what leads become as well as if TO's become appointment

Currently there are only 4 appointment types. Given the ability to perform Virtual Appts using the Live Room option for out of state or further away clients, we would request the addition of "virtual sales appt" be added to the option for tracking and reporting purposes.

The Appointments calendar currently displays the selected date as “August 8, 2026.” I would like it to display the day of the week as well, for example: “Saturday, August 8, 2026.” When scheduling appointments with customers, we typically communicate in days of the week rather than dates alone. If a customer asks to schedule for August 10th, I currently have to reference another calendar or mentally determine which day of the week that falls on. Adding the weekday to the existing date would make scheduling faster and reduce the possibility of booking errors. Ideally, this same date format could be used anywhere appointments are scheduled or viewed.

Notifications that an appointment was set should be sending to customer immediately, not later. It's confusing to not see that happen immediately on the user end, so you question whether it's actually sending. Additionally, many times we're doing it while on the phone with the customer and ask them to confirm while we have them captively in conversation. If it doesn't sent quickly, there's no way to confirm while we're talking to them.

Hi, could we get smaller time increments added to the appointment drop down selections? It would be great to have 5 minute increments, but 15 would be acceptable at the least.

Have the ability to mark a customer as new or used without having to add a vehicle to the lead, so that managers can see how many new vs used apts they have and can easily categorize the other appointments.

Please make it so whatever date range is set on our appointments view can be held in that view and NOT keep defaulting back to today's view only. We need an option to keep our selection STATIC - Pretty Please! With the way my role works, I need to be able to see many days/week at a time, which I can select, but it immediately goes back when you click away from it.
