Currently there are only 4 appointment types. Given the ability to perform Virtual Appts using the Live Room option for out of state or further away clients, we would request the addition of "virtual sales appt" be added to the option for tracking and reporting purposes.

Totally hear you on wanting a dedicated “virtual sales appt” type for cleaner tracking and reporting, especially with Live Room supporting out-of-state clients.
