Create an appointment column much like TO event's or TO priority events that shows a check or X. That way you can see what leads become as well as if TO's become appointment

Hey Joe Mozdzen — thanks for sharing this! Totally get how a simple check/X column in Engaged (like the TO event / TO priority events indicators) would make it much easier to scan what’s happening at a glance. Quick couple questions so we scope it the right way: what should qualify as an “appointment” for the green check (any scheduled appt, only future ones, or only kept/completed)? Should this apply to leads, TOs, or both — and when you see an X, does that mean “no appointment ever created” or just “not yet”? And lastly, what’s the main workflow you’re trying to support with this view (prioritizing follow-up, tracking lead→TO→appointment conversion, routing tasks, etc.)? The extra context will help us make sure we’re solving the right problem.

Shelby Parker Hello! I believe a green check for appt made vs red x for not appt made would work well. This would allow our BDC teams as well as in store teams see the customer journey in follow-up, tracking lead→TO→appointment conversion. one thing our BDC consultants specifically look to discover is TO (turnover) to appointment conversation. This small add would be incredibly beneficial on that.
