I want to be able to customize our team names in the system as opposed to relying solely on the team lead's last name. This will help add some fun to the system and help differentiate teams when I have team leads with similar last names.

Our Sales BDC employee schedules change weekly. However, the schedule is made the prior month. I think it would be useful if we were able to schedule a month in advance. Example- I am going to be off next, so is another employee- I will not be able to adjust their schedule because I will not be here to do it.

Request a setting that allows managers to control lead distribution ratios within the round robin system. Currently round robin distributes leads evenly across all reps. This works for balanced teams but creates issues when onboarding new hires or when certain reps can handle higher lead volume. Add a configurable lead rotation ratio that allows managers to assign different distribution weights per rep. Example configuration Rep A 40 percent of leads Rep B 30 percent of leads Rep C 20 percent of leads Rep D 10 percent of leads This setting should be controlled by store managers or admin roles so distribution can be adjusted based on staffing, performance, or onboarding. Use cases Onboarding new BDC reps who should receive fewer leads while training Giving higher performing reps more opportunities Managing coverage when certain reps specialize in specific lead types Increasing follow up performance by routing more leads to experienced staff Expected outcome Managers can maintain round robin structure while controlling how many leads each rep receives. This improves onboarding, training, and overall lead handling performance for the store.

Our Company requires employee legal names in the CRM but many of our employees go by their middle names or an easier to pronounce name. it would be great to have a the ability to use the name they actually go by in text opt-ins and elsewhere

It would be very helpful if admins could edit user signatures. We utilize custom signatures and our users aren't always on point when it comes to inputting the signature we have provided for them to use.

I need to add everyone's email signatures. Every other CRM I've worked with for the past 20 years would allow me to do that for every employee, new hires etc..... so if we have a format, logo, hyperlinks and would like a uniform company signature across the board, I now have to send the image to each individual, wait for each of them to work. Log in to their CRM to create an email signature. Why? We should be able to create the email signature then same way, in the same section as the user management / permissions

Please have the vacation icon show on the salespersons round initials in the upper right corner of the screen. please show a palm tree if they are marked on vacation. The same way the managers see that in store settings under user management.

I would like to limit specific users from having the ability to send templates.

Should have the option to add customer roles in the CRM. Other than just Sales 1, Sales 2, BDC, Service BDC and Closer. I also do not see a place to add a sales manager. Many deals will operate with custom roles such as a CSR, customer relations ect.

Add a notification for users to indicate their account is currently on vacation mode on login / clock in to allow them to check in with management team as to why they're unable to receive leads
