It would be very helpful if admins could edit user signatures. We utilize custom signatures and our users aren't always on point when it comes to inputting the signature we have provided for them to use.

I agree, we are currently launching as a test in 3 of our stores and it would be nice to be able to add or modify signatures on an EU or manager basis. We encourage sales staff to have photos in their signatures so they would have to be customized on the user level

We are 1/3 way through a large group launch and this is one of our biggest headaches. We want the option to customize signatures on a case by case basis and have that override the standard one for that user. Or at least have the ability for a power user to edit all signatures. With large user groups - it is impossible to get everyone to log in and do it themselves and we are not happy with the generic one.

We also have a few employees that oversee multiple locations and members of our corporate team that do interact with our clients and there is no way to override just these people without creating thousand+ individual signatures and hoping that you didn't miss anyone . . . trusting that new hires have the correct info . . .

Hi, is there a way a manager/admin can log on as a salesperson to see what they see, and make changes and/or do initial setup of their settings? The reason I ask is John H has been out of the office for a while and I can't even set his signature (or any new hires) with the program I found so we have a consistent and uniform signature for the company. If there were a way to do that, IT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!! If it's already possible, I do not know how and would love to learn.

It would be fabulous if the store admins had a way to log-in AS a user to edit their settings. (Such as upload photo, edit signature, edit vacation responder, etc). I regularly get people who just don't do it for themselves when they should and it's impossible to do for them.

It would be great for Admin users to be able to access Signatures for Sales people and other staff. That way, they can help them set one up or be more uniform.
