It would be very helpful if admins could edit user signatures. We utilize custom signatures and our users aren't always on point when it comes to inputting the signature we have provided for them to use.

My Settings are Visible by Expert Users

It would be great if expert users could see their user's My Settings. Like being able to edit their signature settings or being able to modify necessary push notifications relevant to business rules.

Thanks for sharing this, Alyssia Wheat — totally get how having “expert users” manage certain settings could help with onboarding and keeping things aligned with business rules. A couple quick clarifiers so we can scope this the right way: which types of “expert users” are you thinking (managers, admins, support, etc.), and should they be able to do this for everyone or only specific roles/teams? Also, what are the main scenarios where they’d need to update someone else’s settings, and what’s the end goal (compliance, troubleshooting, setup, etc.)? Lastly, beyond signatures and push notifications, which settings are the highest priority to expose—and are there any that should be explicitly off-limits for visibility/editing?

this would be great to have as soon as possible

This would be helpful! I've never had a CRM not allow admins to change signatures. Admins, aka "Expert Users," could benefit from having full capabilities to edit user accounts.

Allow managers/admins to have the ability to create user signatures instead of having to go to each individual and assisting them under their login.

I agree, we are currently launching as a test in 3 of our stores and it would be nice to be able to add or modify signatures on an EU or manager basis. We encourage sales staff to have photos in their signatures so they would have to be customized on the user level

We are 1/3 way through a large group launch and this is one of our biggest headaches. We want the option to customize signatures on a case by case basis and have that override the standard one for that user. Or at least have the ability for a power user to edit all signatures. With large user groups - it is impossible to get everyone to log in and do it themselves and we are not happy with the generic one.
We also have a few employees that oversee multiple locations and members of our corporate team that do interact with our clients and there is no way to override just these people without creating thousand+ individual signatures and hoping that you didn't miss anyone . . . trusting that new hires have the correct info . . .
