Should add a Star (favorite) when the customer has several phone numbers in the account. This way we can see which is the main number for the account.

Thanks for sharing this, Christian Giha — really helpful call-out. I can see how a “star”/favorite indicator would make it much clearer which phone number is the primary one when there are multiple on an account.
