Put Phone and Service as a different source. Instead of having to go into phone and select service. Service is not a phone lead...it's a service drive lead when we are converting to sales.

Thanks for calling this out, Domonic Coppola — totally hear you that “Service” shouldn’t have to live under “Phone” if it’s really a service drive lead in your workflow. To make sure we’re scoping the right change, can you share where in DriveCentric you’re currently choosing “Phone” and then selecting “Service” (e.g., creating a lead, logging an inbound call, converting to a sales opportunity)? Also, in your process, what situations should be categorized as “Service” vs “Phone” (all service appointments/interactions, only certain call types, etc.)? And lastly, what’s the main goal of having “Service” as its own source—cleaner reporting/attribution, routing/assignment, conversion tracking, or something else?

Shelby Parker My main goal of having service as it's own source is to be able to track my service drive sales. We have sales people that go into service and convert them to buy a car. And we are working on that department. I'm having a hard time keeping track of if it's improving or not as we're making changes, because i can't accurately track what my Sales people are pulling from service since it's lumped in with the phone section. So yes conversion tracking. And where I see it, I included a picture, let me know if you didn't get it, it's when you click "new deal" on a customer. Or also when you add a new customer, there is no option for that under source either. I would only categorize " service" when adding a new deal, when a sales person pulls someone from the service drive and starts working a deal. Maybe call the new source "Service 2 Sales".

Phone section is still referral, personal networking, and inbound phone up...which I actually wish we could have a new section for "inbound call"s also to track that better...if possible too.
