Please add the ability for those who get TAG to mark the TAG/request as completed so we can follow up on who is doing them and who is not. Thank you.

along with the Tag idea...it would be nice for an individual to review the list of their tags for the day and the previous day, because tags disappear without a trace once accessed...thanks

Thanks for sharing this, Jonnatan Franco — totally hear you on wanting a clearer way to track follow-through on TAGs. To make sure we design this the right way, could you clarify a couple things: which TAGs/requests should be eligible to be marked “completed” (all of them, only certain types, or only ones assigned to a specific user)? Who should have permission to mark them complete (just the recipient, their manager, or anyone with access)? And once something is marked completed, what do you need for follow-up — a visible status for reporting, notifications to someone, and/or a way to quickly spot overdue or still-open TAGs?

Shelby Parker For tags assigned to a specific person, only that assigned individual should have the access to mark the tag as complete (using a checkmark or similar feature).
