As a salesperson, we should be able to see how we are doing, and for that, we need to have our own reports. Example: closing ratio, month-to-date sales, year-to-date sales, same as dead deals, etc.

Sales Consultants need the ability to print off their daily activity showing calls made, texts sent, emails sent, and videos sent. As well as different stages of the sale.

The issue that we have with giving our team access to reports is that there is no access levels to custom reporting. If we could set the permission level for individual reports, allowing our team to see what's applicable, that would be amazing! It would also allow users to view only their reports and shared reports, rather than bogging it down with everything including works in progress.

I agree here as a Sales Guy myself I like to Track my closing ratio to how many people I've been engaged with rather that be internet & or Showroom customers. It not only helps drive me but having those statistics really help with advancing your career in this business as well. This is the only program I've used in my 10 years of Car Sales that does not show you any type of statistics.

- What specific categories and breakdowns would you like to see in the lead statistics?
- How frequently would you like the lead statistics to be updated?
- Would you like the ability to filter or sort the lead statistics by certain criteria?

Shelby Parker categories like response time, closing ratio, lead source, Up type closing ratio... If there was a way to see where to focus on customer responses.
They should be updated by the second! Once the information comes in, it should be time stamped and recorded.
Sorting and filtering should be a key focus point. Yes!
