Make Live activity Clickable

Please make it so that we can click and drill into live activity. I cannot believe I cannot look at all my BDC reps contacted calls for the current day. Waiting until the next day is almost pointless and no one has time to go through each call they make and look at what happened.

Hi Louis, Thank you for the request. You are correct that this is not possible in the daily activity report when looking at the live view. This is due to some technical limitations with how the data is pulled. We're open to enhancing this, so I'm setting this to gathering votes.
In the meantime, you can find the information you are looking for by going to the workplan tool. Where it says 'my workplan' you can change it to look at the entire store and then team and then individual user. From there you can drill down to see every call, email and text sent by that user/ team/ store from any given day. I hope this helps!

Alex WeidenbennerI appreciate the response and I have a assistant looking into it but I cannot see the call results of any of the calls in the workplan

Louis Zmudzinski, when you click on the phone/ text/ conversation/ video buttons it will give a breakdown of all of these activities, complete with call recordings, since it sounds like that is what you're looking for. You can also just open up the customer record directly from that summary screen.
