Make it where anyone can pin a note regardless of who wrote it. If I see something important but it was written by someone else I can't PIN it. I have to send them a mention to go do it or rewrite the note.

Sales Managers and BDC users need the ability to pin and unpin notes, a permission currently limited to Expert users. Having old, irrelevant notes pinned causes confusion. Allowing the on-site teams who actually use the CRM to manage these notes will be far more efficient than relying on corporate Expert users who are often removed from the day-to-day workflow.
