Allow Other Users to Edit Customer Notes

This might be a little long, so I apologize!
I recently changed the way our team handles and documents leads. As part of the new process, we want to keep important customer information organized in one place using a format like:
VOI:
Price/Budget:
Timeline:
Trade:
Other Important Details:
Originally, I considered having the reps leave a regular note in the customer file and pin it. However, when a note is entered in this format, DriveCentric turns everything into a paragraph instead of keeping the information separated and easy to read.
Because of that, I thought the Customer Notes section on the left sidebar would be perfect for what we're trying to accomplish. The only issue I've run into is that Customer Notes can only be edited by the person who originally created them.
As a manager, I regularly assist my reps with their follow-up and may learn additional information from the customer that needs to be added to that note. Currently, I can't update the existing Customer Note if the rep created it, which means the information either has to be documented somewhere else or I have to ask the rep to update it.
My feature request would be to allow other users, or at least users with manager-level permissions, to edit an existing Customer Note even if they were not the original creator.
This would make Customer Notes much more useful as a centralized, continuously updated snapshot of the customer's needs and where they are in the buying process.

Thanks for taking the time to lay this out, Sara Pacheco — totally hear you on the workflow friction here. Using Customer Notes as a single, living snapshot makes a lot of sense, and the “only the creator can edit” limitation would definitely get in the way for managers supporting reps. I’m sharing this with the team for review, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from your side.
