Email Icon Changes to show that it was Opened

if it's possible to create an icon for the emails that are open. the notification that the customer opened the email is not that helpful. So what am I suggesting is that when a customer opens an email the envelope icon should change to an open envelope icon and/or a different color. Thank you

This is a feature in eLead CRM. The moment a customer opens and email, the icon in the history for that email message turns into an "open" envelope. It stays that way indefinitely, for each read email. DriveCentric has "X Opens, X Clicks" listed right below the email message, which gives the same information, just no dynamic icon.

- Would you like the icon change to be immediate or after a certain period of time once the email has been opened?
- Should the icon revert back to its original state after a certain period of time or remain changed?
- Would you find it helpful if there was a separate section or filter for opened emails?

Shelby Parker: it would be nice if the icon will change immediately after the email was opened and stayed that way so I know in the future what emails were opened.
