Add 'All Conversations' to Conversation Screen Dropdown

Currently, it is difficult to go back to prior day or previous working conversations to re-engage customers from the conversations tab. It would be helpful to have an 'All Conversations' option in the dropdown so the thread can be more similar to a typical messaging app. It would be best to have the 'All' option as the default with the option to filter to open or closed conversations, with the most recent conversations at the top of the thread.

Having to go back to a certain day to view your messages is a little inconvenient and does not help with the follow up process. If all the text conversations we have with our clients could be all in one section, that'd be amazing! Having to go back to a certain day does not help at all. Also would like to see if you guys can add a showroom floor section so we can all see who was on the showroom floor on a specific day and the customers currently on the showroom floor!

Hello Fernando Ojeda! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you describe how you currently manage follow-ups with clients and how the proposed change would improve this process?
- What specific information would you like to see in the 'showroom floor' section, and how would it be used in your daily operations?
- Are there any other features or integrations that would enhance your experience with managing client communications and showroom activities?

Shelby Parker I currently manage follow up from my work plan section and having to look up previous customers manually that I have written down. Having a section where I can easily go to access all the text messages I have ever sent as well as emails, would make it more efficient just simply because I wouldn't have to go search for the day that I texted them and just stop wasting so much time doing so.
The showroom floor section could have all of todays customers with the customer name, salesperson, manager working the deal, a note section which shows the reason they did not buy or if they did buy, as well as the vehicle information and maybe the step they are on in the sales process. Being able to switch days would be nice as well, just to look back at the customers we had on the showroom floor on a specific day.
A section that shows and breaks down all my phone ups, leads, store visits, past customers would be great. Not only what dealercentric suggests, but everything where I have complete access to.

If i have a conversation with someone 2 days ago. i have to go back 2 days in closed conversations to locate customer convo. messaging should be like Facebook or texted messages. we should have all of our messages together in chronological order so we can see all messages and not have to dig.

Yes! My least favorite feature in DriveCentric. I always feel like I'm losing my customers. Also can't seem to just see sent messages and forward them?
Shelby Parker
Hey Steve Colman, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the chronological order of messages? Should it be based on the time of the last message in each conversation?
- Are there any specific features from Facebook or text messaging apps that you would like to see implemented in our messaging system?
- Would you find it helpful to have a search or filter function to locate specific conversations more easily?

Let me see all conversations not just a few

I think we should be able to select the conversations tab and then select a representative and all of the conversations they've had show up there.

Conversations all in one drop down

All conversations should be in a single drop down regardless of the date or if they are opened or closed. It's 10X the work to have to scan back day by day and then opened or closed. It should be exactly like a cell phone one single list with all threads.

Hi Frank, thanks for the feedback! I'm merging this post into a similar one so we can monitor all of the feedback on this topic on one place.
