We need sales associates to have the ability to email / text desk quotes to customers.

It would be beneficial to have the ability to forward a saved proposal to a customer.

This is Huge. I want my sales managers to be able to "print" the proposal and then sales people able to just scroll to that proposal on the customer card and basically just have a button to download the PDF. Then they can add it to any email/print/etc of their own accord.
The timing of remote proposals is critical. It is not a good experience for the customer to have a proposal just cold emailed to them. I am Dealer Principal at my store and even when I PERSONALLY work a deal - I want to get my customer on the phone and THEN send the proposal so that I can walk the customer through it line by line on the phone.
we don't believe in crazy fees or anything at my store, and long distance proposals are never the "ideal" scenario. But the best customer experience possible would be going through the proposal WITH the customer so that you can answer any and all questions as you go through it with them.

for real---- to be able to send to the customer from the activity screen where we can see the proposal --- its dumb that we can not send it or email it directly

Yes!! We need this ASAP! This would save so much time instead of having to save the image and then attached it to an email. Especially when you are having to send multiples proposals.... If you save the image and then print it, it also seems to be a little blurry when printed.

Jacob Coleman Not sure if others can do it, but when a manager saves a quote the only thing we can do is view it or save it as a picture. There is no way to send it as an email or text message right through DriveCentric. I know managers can email it but it would be nice for us to also have that option
