We should be able to communicate with customers in Drive that inquire on vehicles we post on messenger. It would help with our follow-up and tracking. Is there a way to push messages into drive from ones facebook from marketplace?

Hey Cory Wilhelm — really appreciate you raising this. Totally hear you on how helpful it’d be to have Marketplace/Messenger conversations show up in Drive for cleaner follow-up and tracking. To make sure we’re aiming at the right workflow, can you share: when someone messages about a vehicle, what should happen inside DriveCentric (create a new lead, match/attach to an existing customer, or simply log the thread for visibility)? Also, are you looking to capture all Marketplace/Messenger inquiries, or only messages tied to specific vehicle listings you’ve posted? And lastly, who should be able to see and reply in DriveCentric — the assigned rep, a shared team inbox, or whoever’s on duty?

Shelby Parker I think it would be most important to get any communications into drive & match if you can. Vehicle listings, service inquiries, whatever it may be business or listed by the individual.
