It would be so nice if the color of messages sent from user is one color and messages sent by customers is another. Makes rereading conversations so much smoother.

I personally think any colors would work as long as the sent and received are messages are different colors. I feel like this would greatly enhance the experience I have with drive centric. When I get assigned a customer that has been messaging someone else or been conversating for a month or so being able to go back and reread conversations smoothly would be a great benefit.
