Add the ability to mark Service Appointments as a Show

Need the "is attended" tab to show a green check mark when the customer is checked into service. It only shows a red X. Service clicks them into Reynolds in order for the service to sales guys to see the customer is here it should kick back and go from a Red X to a Green Check mark.

- Can you provide more details on how the 'is attended' tab currently functions and how you envision it working after the changes?
- What is the current process for marking a service appointment as attended in the Reynolds DMS?
- How does the change from a Red X to a Green Check mark impact the workflow of the service to sales guys?

Shelby Parker the service advisors are the ones who click the service appointment in on Reynolds. the "is Attended" tab should turn to a green Check mark when they do that. That way whatever sales reps are working the service drive we can look up the customers old deal interest rate and all the information so when we go talk to that customer, we can figure out what direction we would like to pitch them for a new vehicle.
