Why do you have to change them??? They are terrible now, I do not need anything to do with Parts on there....please put it back to how it was........

Appreciate you calling this out, Patricia Vandermolen — sorry the changes to Service leads are landing so poorly. To make sure we’re zeroing in on the right fix, can you share what specifically changed that’s causing the biggest headache (new fields, a different workflow, lead type/category, etc.)? And when you mention “Parts on there,” where exactly are you seeing Parts info within the Service leads, and what would you expect to see in its place? Lastly, if you can describe what the previous layout/behavior was that worked better for you (and what you’re trying to accomplish), that’ll help us assess the best path forward.
