Cannot Find Service Appointments with name or phone number

I know alot of our data base hasnt transfered. But Service brough me a scheduled customer appointment and I cannot find him in the data base.

Thanks for flagging this, Braydon Evans — sorry you’re running into that. To help us narrow down what’s happening: when you search for the scheduled service customer, where exactly are you searching (global search vs. Service/Appointments vs. the customer list), and are you getting no results or the wrong match? Also, is the appointment showing up on the service schedule, and if so what customer details are displayed on it (name/phone/email/RO number, etc.)? Lastly, are you seeing this with multiple service appointments or just this one customer/appointment?
